1. Introduction

Optimal Technology Solutions LLC (“Unifonic”), a company registered in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a registered address at 11415 Olaya, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, owns and operates the websites https://www.Unifonic.com/ (“Website”) and https://cloud.unifonic.com/ (“Console”).
Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “we”, “our”, “us” means Unifonic, Unifonic Group Companies, and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, agents, affiliates or assigned parties.

In the event that you are user of our Website or electronic platform without being subject to a contract for services, then Services shall mean the access and use of such Website or electronic platform that is subject to the terms of use thereof.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) covers your usage of the Services, regardless of whether you are a visitor, an authorized user via a party contracted to use Unifonic’s services, or a third party contracted to use Unifonic’s services. By using the Services, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
